恒流充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)(fang)法是利用(yong)調整充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)置輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓或改變與蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池串聯(lian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻的(de)方(fang)(fang)法,保持充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流強度不變的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)(fang)法。控制(zhi)方(fang)(fang)法簡(jian)單,但由于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)可接受(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流能力是隨(sui)著充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過程的(de)進行而逐漸下降的(de),到充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后期,充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流多用(yong)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解水,充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁生產廠家(jia),產生氣體(ti),使出(chu)氣過甚,因此,常選用(yong)階段(duan)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)法。
防(fang)銹(防(fang)氧化)保護
充電樁(栓)鐵(tie)質外(wai)殼(ke)和暴露(lu)在外(wai)的鐵(tie)質支架、零件應采取雙層防銹措施(shi),非(fei)鐵(tie)質的金屬外(wai)殼(ke)也應具(ju)有防氧化保護(hu)膜或進行防氧化處理;

目前電(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)充(chong)電(dian)站(zhan)在我國已經陸續投人使(shi)用。作(zuo)為能源替代、節(jie)能減排以及智能電(dian)網的重要組成部分(fen)之一,未來的幾年里電(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)將實(shi)現產業化(hua)和(he)規(gui)模化(hua),隨著充(chong)電(dian)站(zhan)的日漸增多(duo)必(bi)然會對電(dian)網產生影(ying)響,因此研究有關(guan)電(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)充(chong)電(dian)時對電(dian)網的影(ying)響就顯得尤(you)為重要。
充電(dian)(dian)機(ji)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)動汽車充電(dian)(dian)時會產(chan)生諧(xie)(xie)波,目(mu)前(qian)國內已經(jing)有很多相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)理(li)(li)(li)論(lun)研究,但(dan)是(shi)這些(xie)理(li)(li)(li)論(lun)必須要經(jing)過(guo)實驗(yan)數據來檢驗(yan)。理(li)(li)(li)論(lun)分(fen)析(xi)認為,以變壓器d,ynll主接線的(de)充電(dian)(dian)站,因二次(ci)是(shi)yn接線,3次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波會相(xiang)互抵消,應不存在3次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)和(he)電(dian)(dian)壓。但(dan)在某充電(dian)(dian)站取得的(de)實測數據中發現,3次(ci)諧(xie)(xie)波電(dian)(dian)壓和(he)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不但(dan)存在,而且還比較高,這表明理(li)(li)(li)論(lun)與實際(ji)之間(jian)存在明顯差異(yi)。通過(guo)仿1真計算和(he)分(fen)析(xi)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)、電(dian)(dian)壓諧(xie)(xie)波,找到這種差異(yi)產(chan)生的(de)原因。
1測試條件
充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)實驗為公(gong)交車4臺,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池容量分(fen)別為2臺180A?h和2臺300A?h。所(suo)用儀器(qi)是ElspecG4500型電(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量分(fen)析(xi)儀,該儀器(qi)能同時測(ce)試三(san)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、三(san)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)流的諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)閃變及三(san)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)允許(xu)不平衡度,諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)及諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流1高(gao)可分(fen)析(xi)至50次,杭州充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁,采樣(yang)頻率(lv)高(gao)達(da)每周期1024個采樣(yang)點。本次測(ce)試主
要檢驗充電(dian)(dian)(dian)機在工(gong)作(zuo)時所產生的諧(xie)波(bo)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的影(ying)響(xiang)。執行的技術(shu)標準(zhun)是:GB24337—2009《電(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)公用電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)間(jian)諧(xie)波(bo)》、GB12326—2008《電(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓波(bo)動和閃變》以(yi)及(ji)GB15543—2008《電(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)三相電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不(bu)平衡(heng)》。選用測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)點:電(dian)(dian)(dian)流、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓取自充電(dian)(dian)(dian)站主變壓器高壓側互感器二次回路。 在測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)過程中根據相關要求,對(dui)每個諧(xie)波(bo)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)點測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)不(bu)少于30次。對(dui)所測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)諧(xie)波(bo)數據變化不(bu)大的,汽車充電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁廠家,取5次比(bi)較接(jie)近的測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)值的算術(shu)平均值作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)衡(heng)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)該測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)點的諧(xie)波(bo)水(shui)平依據;對(dui)于諧(xie)波(bo)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)數據變化較大的,按95%概率取值,三相諧(xie)波(bo)數據以(yi)1大的一(yi)相作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)考核依據。
2諧波(bo)電流測試結果
分(fen)別在(zai)3臺和(he)(he)4臺充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機同(tong)時工作(zuo)時,公交充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁,及有(you)(you)源(yuan)消(xiao)諧(xie)(xie)裝(zhuang)置投(tou)人和(he)(he)退(tui)出(chu)(chu)狀態下,測(ce)試(shi)電(dian)(dian)網側諧(xie)(xie)波電(dian)(dian)流,測(ce)試(shi)結果見(jian)表1。其中,諧(xie)(xie)波電(dian)(dian)流允(yun)許(xu)值是以100MVA為基準(zhun)短路(lu)容(rong)量(liang)。測(ce)試(shi)的(de)步驟:在(zai)有(you)(you)源(yuan)消(xiao)諧(xie)(xie)裝(zhuang)置退(tui)出(chu)(chu)和(he)(he)投(tou)入(ru)后,分(fen)別測(ce)試(shi)3臺和(he)(he)4臺充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機工作(zuo)時電(dian)(dian)網側的(de)諧(xie)(xie)波電(dian)(dian)流百分(fen)比,即(ji):開始為3臺充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機給(gei)汽車充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),并且(qie)有(you)(you)源(yuan)消(xiao)諧(xie)(xie)裝(zhuang)置在(zai)退(tui)出(chu)(chu)狀態;過20min后將有(you)(you)源(yuan)消(xiao)諧(xie)(xie)裝(zhuang)置投(tou)人
